A critical question is "What style and age of
home you are looking for?" Other considerations include:
- How
close do you want to be to work?
- Do you plan to drive, walk, take the bus,
or bike?
- Does your neighborhood need to have sidewalks?
- Are you looking for larger sized lots?
- How close do you want to be to parks,
shopping and restaurants?
You will eventually need to talk with a lender, and Ed can refer
you to lenders that fit your financing needs. You will need to provide
the lender with the necessary information to find out the size of
loan that is available. By combining your cash on hand with the loan
amount, you can determine the price range for your "perfect
home". Once we complete the home profile and lender information
we are ready for the search.

The
Search
Ed acts as a coordinator of the search activities. Not
only will Ed review all available listed properties, but will also
research the various databases available on the Internet. All listings
will be screened against the information in your profile. Ed's knowledge
of the marketplace, understanding the real estate transaction process,
and the ability to provide solutions for the inevitable challenges
that arise will allow you to save time and effort in locating your "perfect
home".
